Provide access to the community for non-emergency, medical, health and social service providers or special events for clients who do not have the means of transportation

Services may include, but not limited to the following:

• Escorting Client
• Medication reminder
• Assisting with toileting and incontinence issues
• Providing medication reminders and appointment reminders
• Providing stabilization and assistance with walking
