What types of care do you provide?
We offer a wide range of in-home services, including personal care, companionship, light housekeeping, dementia care, respite care, live-in care, and transportation assistance. We also offer free placement and referral services for community living options.
How much does Home Care Cost?
Our pricing is based on three main factors:

- Number of hours needed
- Level of care required

Are your caregivers trained and background checked?
Yes. All our caregivers go through background checks with the Department of Social Services, reference checks, and initial/annual training to ensure they provide safe, reliable, and compassionate care.
Does insurance cover the cost of home care?
Medicare, Medi-Cal, Medicaid, and most private insurance plans do not cover non-medical in-home care.
However, most long-term care insurance policies do reimburse for in-home care services. We’re happy to help you review your policy and guide you through the reimbursement process.

Is there a minimum number of hours required?
We offer flexible scheduling based on your needs. We currently have a minimum of 4 hours for Bay Area (Santa Clara, Sunnyvale, Cupertino, San Jose, etc) and a minimum of 6 hours for services above Mountain View (Palo Alto, San Mateo, Daily City, South SF) we can help create a plan that works for you — with no long-term contracts.
Do you offer care on weekends or holidays?
Yes, we provide care any day of the week — including weekends and holidays. We’re here when you need us most.
What if my needs change over time?
We regularly review care plans and adjust them as needed. If your loved one’s condition changes, we’ll work with you to make sure their care evolves with them.

The first part of your service was after my knee replacement surgery. About 6 weeks later, I fractured my right arm and clipped my shoulder.
